The Blank Plate Method
This tool is intended for use on one's phone or printed out for temporary reference, to help identify nutritional gaps in one's day. Again, as mentioned in the episode, the idea is not to use this forever, but simply to see what is out of balance. Then, once that awareness is built, use the Plate Method above that is filled in and adjust your daily intake accordingly.
